At Kitchen Khemistry there were lots of smiles and giggles at the Heavyweight Challenge.
Join the Discovery Center team as we bring together kids of all ages to discover science in their everyday lives. Participants at our first event of the school year – Kitchen Khemistry – explored chemistry through their taste buds! We hope you will join us for our next science adventure.
ENGINEERING DAY

Think! Plan! Create! Join the Discovery Center and the Florida Engineering Society in a family day of hand-on engineering challenges. Parents will work with their children as teams, and top creators in each division (5-10 yr olds and 11-15 yr olds) will be awarded prizes!
There will be participation ribbons and 1st, 2nd, & 3rd place medals awarded for each challenge. Pizza and sodas will be available for lunch.
Complimentary – limited to 150 registered participants.
